A: Yes, this is standard procedure for every RIGRS unit.We understand that a failure in the field costs thousands of dollars per hour. Before any mud pump package leaves our assembly plant, we perform a comprehensive 4-to-8 hour continuous Full-Load Factory Acceptance Test (FAT). We test the package under real pressure and flow rate conditions to monitor vibration, temperature rise, mechanical alignment, and transmission response. We welcome client representatives or third-party inspection agencies (SGS, BV, ABS, DNV) to witness and sign off on the FAT protocol.
